Collecting and processing your data
If you make a purchase at Miscreants, in-store or online via our partner’s Workit Spaces Member portal or mobile app, we will collect and record the transaction detail.
If you request catering online or in-store, we will collect and store your name, email, phone number and payment details in order to process the request.
Payment is made via invoice or secure payment processors (Apple Pay, Visa, Mastercard) and processed by authorised third parties – any saved payment details are hashed and stored securely without identifying details.
What rights you have over your data
If you have an account on this site, you can request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes. Please contact hospitality@workitspaces.com.au
